This page describes what Headshots On Location collects, why, and who else touches it. It covers this website only. Last updated August 30, 2026.

Who We Are

Headshots On Location is a photography business operated by Zielinski Creative, Inc., serving Broward County, South Florida. You can reach us at Jim@ZielinskiCreative.com or 954.480.3005.

What You Send Us

The contact form asks for your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, the kind of session you want, an approximate headcount, a timeframe, your location, and a message. We use those details to reply to you and to plan the session you asked about. Nothing more.

The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which passes the submission to us as an email. It reaches our inbox and is not added to a mailing list, sold, or shared with anyone else.

What Is Collected Automatically

Two analytics services run on this site, and both are worth being plain about because one of them does more than count visits.

• Google Analytics Records pages viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, the device and browser used, and how visitors arrive. It does not receive your name or email.
• Microsoft Clarity Records a playback of the visit: mouse movement, scrolling, and clicks. Text typed into form fields is masked by Clarity and is not captured in the recording. These recordings show us where a page confuses people; they are not reviewed against individuals.

Both run only on this website's own domain. Our own preview and development copies of the site are excluded, so nothing we do while building the site is recorded as a visit.

Our web host also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, as essentially every website does.

Cookies

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity each set cookies to recognise a returning browser. We set none of our own, and there is no advertising or retargeting on this site.

This site does not show a cookie consent banner. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Analytics entirely.

Client Galleries

Finished photographs are delivered through a separate client gallery service, Pixieset, reached from the Client Login link. That service holds your gallery and any account you create with it under its own privacy policy, not this one.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell or rent your information.
• We do not run advertising or retargeting on this site.
• This site takes no payments and creates no accounts.
• We do not send marketing email to people who enquire.

Your Photographs

Photographs from a session are yours to use as agreed when you book. We ask before showing anyone's images in the portfolio or in marketing, and if you would rather we did not, say so and we will not. If an image of yours is already on this site and you want it removed, email us and it comes down.

Asking Us About Your Information

Email Jim@ZielinskiCreative.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will confirm when it is done.

Changes

If this policy changes in substance, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
